Indiana Code § 4-4-38.5-7.1

"Rural health clinic"

Sec. 7.1. (a) As used in this chapter, "rural health clinic" means a building that is: (1) located in a rural area; (2) owned or operated by a health care entity (as defined in IC 25-26-14-6 ); and (3) used primarily to provide diagnostic, medical, surgical, dental, or rehabilitative care.       (b) The term does not include a pharmacy or wholesale drug distributor.
