Indiana Code § 4-4-38.5-6.2

"Public school corporation"

Sec. 6.2. As used in this chapter, "public school corporation" means either of the following: (1) A local public school corporation established under Indiana law, including a: (A) school city; (B) school town; (C) metropolitan school district; (D) consolidated school corporation; (E) county school corporation; (F) community school corporation; and (G) united school corporation. (2) A charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4 ).
