Indiana Code § 4-4-38.5-2

"Eligible broadband project"

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "eligible broadband project" means a project for the deployment of terrestrial broadband infrastructure for the provision of eligible broadband service, regardless of the delivery technology: (1) to buildings used by public school corporations primarily for educating students, as described in section 9(b)(1) of this chapter; (2) to rural health clinics, as described in section 9(b)(2) of this chapter; (3) to ensure that eligible students have access points providing a connection to eligible broadband service, as described in section 9(b)(3) of this chapter; or (4) in rural areas in Indiana, as described in section 9(b)(4) of this chapter.       (b) For purposes of this section, terrestrial broadband infrastructure includes infrastructure used for a fixed wireless connection to the Internet but does not include infrastructure used for a satellite connection to the Internet.
