Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "person" means any of the following: (1) An individual. (2) A partnership. (3) A firm. (4) An association. (5) A joint venture. (6) A limited liability company. (7) A corporation. (8) A nonprofit organization or nonprofit corporation.
