Sec. 2. (a) The sports wagering fund is established. (b) The commission shall administer the fund. (c) The fund consists of the following: (1) Initial fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-4-5 . (2) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-6 . (3) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-7 . (4) Administrative fees deposited in the fund under section 1 of this chapter. (d) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from the fund. (e) The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner that other public money may be invested. Interest that accrues from these investments shall be deposited in the fund. (f) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund. (g) Money in the fund is continuously appropriated to the commission for the purpose of administering this article. IC 4-38-9 Chapter 9.
