Applications; initial fee; satellite facilities

Sec. 3. (a) A licensed owner, operating agent, or permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a riverboat operated under IC 4-33 or a property described in IC 4-38-2-11 (3) must: (1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each licensed facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and (2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).       (b) A permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a satellite facility operated under IC 4-31-5.5 must: (1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each satellite facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and (2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
