Sec. 2. The board shall do the following: (1) Establish policies for the governance and management of the staffs of the state museums. (2) Establish the rights and duties of corporation employees, including a pay scale and benefit package. (3) Employ or contract with consultants, attorneys, or other persons as are required in the judgment of the board and pay compensation from funds available to the board.
