Title to property

Sec. 1. The title to the following shall be held in the name of the state of Indiana: (1) Property constituting the state museums, except to the extent that the property is subject to a use and occupancy agreement between the Indiana finance authority and the Indiana department of administration. (2) Property acquired by the board.
