Sec. 1. A person may not: (1) sell; (2) lease; or (3) contract to sell or lease; a slot machine, table game, limited mobile gaming system, or mobile gaming device to a licensee unless the person holds a supplier's license originally issued under IC 4-33-7-1 or renewed under IC 4-33-7-8 .
