Indiana Code § 4-33-3-10

Moral character; felony conviction or indictment

Sec. 10. A person may not be appointed to the commission if: (1) the person is not of good moral character; or (2) the person: (A) has been convicted of; or (B) is under indictment for; a felony under Indiana law, the laws of any other state, or laws of the United States.
