Licensee's license renewals; licensee investigations; investigation costs

Sec. 17. (a) A licensee's license may be renewed annually upon a determination by the division that the licensee is in compliance with this chapter.       (b) A licensee shall undergo a complete investigation every three (3) years to determine if the licensee is in compliance with this chapter.       (c) A licensee shall bear the cost of an investigation or reinvestigation of the licensee and any investigation resulting from a potential transfer of ownership.
