Sec. 25. (a) A person shall not: (1) permit any person less than eighteen (18) years of age to participate in any boxing or sparring match or exhibition; (2) permit any gambling on the result of, or on any contingency in connection with, any boxing or sparring match or exhibition conducted by it; or (3) participate in or permit any sham or collusive boxing or sparring match or exhibition. (b) A person who violates this section, in addition to any criminal penalty: (1) shall have the person's license or permit revoked, suspended, or restricted by the commission; (2) shall be placed on probation by the commission; (3) shall pay a civil penalty imposed by the commission not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000); (4) is ineligible for a license or permit at any future time; or (5) is subject to the imposition by the commission of any combination of the penalties set forth in subdivisions (1) through (4).
