Indiana Code § 4-33-22-12

Adoption of rules; unified rules; conflict resolution

Sec. 12. (a) In accordance with IC 35-45-18-1 (b), the commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to regulate the conduct of the following: (1) Mixed martial arts. (2) Martial arts, including the following: (A) Jujutsu. (B) Karate. (C) Kickboxing. (D) Kung fu. (E) Tae kwon do. (F) Judo. (G) Sambo. (H) Pankration. (I) Shootwrestling. (3) Professional wrestling. (4) Boxing and bare-knuckle fighting. (5) Sparring.       (b) The unified rules: (1) are incorporated by reference into this chapter; (2) have the same force and effect as though fully set forth in this chapter; and (3) apply only to the commission's regulation of conduct described in subsection (a).       (c) If there is a conflict between the unified rules and this chapter, this chapter applies and prevails.
