Sec. 5. The division shall research and analyze data and public policy issues relating to all aspects of gaming in Indiana for the enhancement of: (1) the Indiana lottery under IC 4-30 ; (2) pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31 ; (3) charity gaming under IC 4-32.3 ; and (4) riverboat casino gambling under IC 4-33 .
