Sec. 5. (a) Each permit holder shall maintain complete records of all wagering so the commission may ascertain for any race: (1) the opening line and subsequent odds fluctuations; (2) the amount of wagers; (3) at which window wagers were placed on a betting interest; and (4) any other information that the commission may require. (b) A permit holder shall retain the records required by subsection (a) for at least one (1) year after the close of each horse racing meeting and may not destroy those records without the permission of the commission.
