Sec. 13. The commission may do the following: (1) Request information or presentations from state agencies. (2) Request and review outcome data from a state agency involved in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse. (3) Request information from experts concerning substance abuse. (4) Make grants to the law enforcement training board created by IC 5-2-1-3 to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance center described in IC 5-2-21.2-6 .
