Prohibited Class III gaming

Sec. 6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, this Compact does not authorize the operation of any of the following forms of Class III gaming: (1) Any form of wagering on live or simulcast horse racing or dog racing; and (2) Lottery games as defined in 65 IAC 1-1-1, except to the extent such games are authorized as approved gambling activities under IC 4-32.3 .   IC 4-29.5-4 Chapter 4.
