Sec. 1. This article does not apply to the following: (1) A permit holder licensed to conduct a pari-mutuel wagering horse racing meeting under IC 4-31 . (2) A qualified organization licensed to conduct charity gaming events under IC 4-32.3 . (3) A licensed owner or operating agent operating a riverboat under IC 4-33 .
