Sec. 2. The membership of the commission shall be appointed not later than July 31, 1959, and the commission shall hold its organization meeting upon call of its secretary within ten (10) days after its members are appointed. Formerly: Acts 1959, c.361, s.2. As amended by P.L.5-1984, SEC.182.
