"Administrative law judge"

Sec. 2. "Administrative law judge" refers to: (1) before July 1, 2020, an individual or panel of individuals acting in the capacity of an administrative law judge in a proceeding; and (2) after June 30, 2020: (A) an administrative law judge assigned to preside over a proceeding by the director of the office of administrative law proceedings, if the proceeding is subject to the jurisdiction of the office of administrative law proceedings; (B) a board or commission acting in the capacity of an administrative law judge to preside over a proceeding for the agency; or (C) an individual or panel of individuals acting in the capacity of an administrative law judge in a proceeding, if the proceeding is not subject to the jurisdiction of the office of administrative law proceedings.
