Environmental audit

Sec. 5. (a) The commissioner shall order that an environmental audit be conducted if either of the following applies: (1) There is reason to believe the property is contaminated. (2) An environmental audit is required by law.       (b) An environmental audit must be conducted by a qualified person.       (c) The transferring agency shall pay the cost of an environmental audit performed under this section.
