Effect of deed of certain state property; legalization

Sec. 4.6. (a) This section applies to a deed executed and accepted under Acts 1978, P.L.156, SECTION 1.       (b) A deed described by this section that has not been accepted by each of the officials required to accept the deed: (1) conveys the property described in the deed; and (2) is legalized.
