Lobbyists prohibited from serving on executive branch boards, commissions, authorities, or task forces; exception for advisory bodies

Sec. 11.5. (a) This section applies only to a special state appointee appointed after January 10, 2005.       (b) Except as provided in subsection (c), a lobbyist may not serve as a special state appointee.       (c) A lobbyist may serve as a member of an advisory body.
