Indiana Code § 4-15-2.2-11

"State institution"

Sec. 11. As used in this chapter, "state institution" means any of the following: (1) A state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2-184 ). (2) A correctional facility owned by the state and operated by the department of correction. (3) The Indiana School for the Deaf established by IC 20-22-2-1 . (4) The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired established by IC 20-21-2-1 . (5) The Indiana Veterans' Home as described in IC 10-17-9 . (6) Any other facility owned and operated by the state whose employees participate in the state civil service.
