Sec. 14. (a) A person who knowingly violates section 10 or section 12 of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor. (b) The trial court shall report all convictions under this section to the division, and the board shall disqualify the convicted person from performing any public works contracts under this article for a period of two (2) years from the date of conviction.
