Commission's authority to contract

Sec. 16. The general assembly: (1) finds that governmental bodies need to save energy and reduce operating costs; and (2) authorizes the commission to enter into energy cost savings contracts with qualified providers under this article and IC 4-13.6-8 .   IC 4-13.5-2 Chapter 2.
