Indiana Code § 4-13.1-1-4

"State agency"

Sec. 4. (a) "State agency" means an authority, a board, a branch, a commission, a committee, a department, a division, or another instrumentality of the executive, including the administrative, department of state government.       (b) The term does not include: (1) the judicial or legislative departments of state government; (2) a state educational institution; or (3) the Indiana higher education telecommunications system.
