Constitutionality of act

Sec. 29. In the event any section, clause, or part of Acts 1947, c.279, shall be held to be unconstitutional, then each section, clause, part, and all of that act shall be and hereby is declared to be null, void, and without effect in and as law. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.279, s.38 1/2. As amended by P.L.5-1984, SEC.57.
