Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "Internet purchasing site" means an open and interactive electronic environment that is: (1) designed to facilitate the purchase and sale of supplies conducted under IC 5-22 ; (2) approved and managed by the department; and (3) linked to the computer gateway administered by the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1 .
