Sec. 21. The department may impose any of the following sanctions if the department determines that a bidder, offeror, or contractor has knowingly or intentionally provided false information to the department: (1) The bidder or offeror may be declared nonresponsive or nonresponsible. (2) The department may: (A) find the contractor in breach of the contract; and (B) recover all amounts paid under the contract. (3) The department may bar the bidder, offeror, or contractor from doing business with the state for a period not to exceed three (3) years.
