Sec. 5. The following accounts are established within the fund: (1) The local unrestricted opioid settlement account. The account consists of money distributed to the account under IC 4-6-15-4 (a)(2). Money in the account is continuously appropriated to the office of the attorney general to make the distributions described in IC 4-6-15-4 (a)(2). (2) The local abatement opioid settlement account. The account consists of money distributed to the account under IC 4-6-15-4 (a)(4). Money in the account is continuously appropriated to the office of the attorney general to make the distributions described in IC 4-6-15-4 (a)(4).
