Policy not less stringent than state personnel department policy

Sec. 4. A policy adopted under this chapter may not be less stringent than a background check policy implemented by the state personnel department for employment with a state agency that is subject to the jurisdiction of the state personnel department.   IC 4-1-10 Chapter 10.
