Sec. 6. (a) For purposes of this section, "Accord" refers to the Midwest Greenhouse Gas Reduction Accord signed on November 15, 2007.       (b) Notwithstanding any other law, rule, or regulation, the participation of the state of Indiana in the Accord in any capacity, including as a signatory or an observer to the Accord, terminates not later than the date on which the elected official who signed the Accord on behalf of the state of Indiana ceases to hold office.   IC 4-1-8 Chapter 8.
