Sec. 19. The works board may, by contract or otherwise, remove all dead animals, rubbish, and other refuse from the city. The works board may erect crematories or other plants for the destruction and disposal of this refuse. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-1-6-15 part.]
