Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "development board" means the following: (1) In the case of a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.5 , the governing body of the regional development authority appointed under IC 36-7.5-2-3 . (2) In the case of a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.6 , the governing body of the regional development authority appointed under IC 36-7.6-2-3 .
