"Management" defined

Sec. 2. For purposes of this chapter, the "management" of an urban mass transportation system is: (1) the board of directors, for a corporation; (2) the majority of the partners, for a partnership in which the partners have equal rights in the management and control of the partnership business; (3) the partners having a controlling interest, for other partnerships; (4) the proprietor, for an individual proprietorship; or (5) the managers, if any, or members of a limited liability company.
