Sec. 21. If the federal government or another source agrees to furnish all or part of the labor, material, machinery, and equipment required for any construction or installation, the flood control board may accept the offer. The board may supply the necessary additional labor, material, machinery, and equipment to carry out the agreement. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-4-18-12 part.]
