Sec. 14. A board of directors appointed under this chapter may employ the assistants necessary to perform its duties under this chapter. The compensation of the assistants shall be paid from the assessments made under section 16 of this chapter. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-4-20-22 part.]
