Sec. 75. The board may accept gifts or grants from any source for the purpose of paying all or part of the costs of constructing, reconstructing, or maintaining a drain under this chapter. The gifts or grants shall be used to reduce the costs assessed to affected owners. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-4-7-1 part.]
