Trustees; appointment of successors

Sec. 7. (a) As the term of a trustee expires, the trustee's successor shall be appointed by the same appointing authority, for a term of four (4) years.       (b) A trustee holds over after the expiration of the trustee's term until the trustee's successor is appointed and qualified.
