Directors; adoption of rules; quorum; approval of actions

Sec. 16. (a) The directors may adopt the rules and bylaws they consider necessary for the proper conduct of their proceedings, the performance of their duties, and the safeguarding of the funds and property of the building authority.       (b) A majority of the directors constitutes a quorum, and the concurrence of a majority of the directors is necessary to authorize any action by the directors.
