"Planned siren"

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "planned siren" refers to a siren that satisfies all of the following: (1) The siren has a definite location within the county. (2) The funding for the siren has been identified. (3) An approximate date for the siren's acquisition and installation has been determined.
