Indiana Code § 36-8-21.5-2

"Infrastructure agency"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "infrastructure agency", with respect to an area in a county, means: (1) a political subdivision; or (2) an agency; responsible for planning for, acquiring, operating, maintaining, or testing one (1) or more severe weather warning sirens in the area.
