Exclusivity of system

Sec. 3. A communication system that is: (1) available to members of the public as a means to report an emergency and to request assistance; and (2) established or operated by the state or a unit; must use 911 as the exclusive universal emergency telephone number for that communication system.   IC 36-8-21 Chapter 21.
