Multiple office holding; residence requirement

Sec. 25. (a) A member of the joint district board of zoning appeals may hold no other elective or appointive office in municipal, county, or state government, except as permitted by IC 36-7-4-902 .       (b) A member of the joint district board of zoning appeals must be a resident of a county where a part of the joint district is located or reside within ten (10) miles of the borders of the joint district.
