Sec. 213. ADVISORY. If a municipality having a municipal plan commission is located in a county that has a county plan commission: (1) a designated representative of the county plan commission shall serve as an advisory member of the municipal plan commission; and (2) a designated representative of the municipal plan commission shall serve as an advisory member of the county plan commission.
