Sec. 1504. (a) A zoning ordinance may provide for and regulate planned unit development. (b) A zoning ordinance that provides for and regulates planned unit development must meet the requirements of this series. (c) A zoning ordinance that meets the requirements of this series is the exclusive means for exercising zoning control over planned unit development.
