Sec. 1020. (a) All ordinances adopted under this chapter are presumed to have been validly adopted. (b) A plan commission or a board of zoning appeals shall take official notice of all ordinances adopted under this chapter. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-2-85 part.]
