Compensation and expenses of board members

Sec. 13. (a) A member of the board is entitled to reimbursement for traveling expenses and other expenses actually incurred in connection with the member's duties, as provided in the state travel policies and procedures established by the department of administration and approved by the budget agency.       (b) A member of the board is not entitled to either a salary or a per diem for services rendered in connection with the member's duties.
