Indiana Code § 36-7-2.5-6

"Construction documents or plans"

Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "construction documents or plans" means written, graphic, and pictorial documents prepared or assembled for describing the design, location, and physical characteristics of the elements of a project necessary for obtaining a building permit. The term includes construction drawings drawn to an appropriate scale.
